Q: What is the InterAct program at
Cindy B! Realtors®?
A: InterAct is designed to
for customers who need an experienced, independent and impartial
“transaction broker” to help both the seller and buyer in
the following areas:
1.
Draw up a real estate contract that is mutually agreeable,
2. Hold the earnest money deposit as a neutral third party,
3. Comply with the terms and conditions of the contract, and
4. Facilitate the closing of the transaction.
Q:
How much is this service and when is it paid?
A: Our fee for service is a
fixed rate of $1,500.00, payable at closing.
Q: Would my home be
considered “listed”?
A: No!
Q: How does the program
work?
A: Once the buyer and seller
are in agreement on price, terms and conditions, an appointment
is scheduled to have a contract written up with terms and
conditions mutually understood and agreeable to both parties.
Any agreed to earnest money is collected at this time and
deposited into an escrow account with Cindy B! Realtors® Professional guidance is provided to insure
that buyers and sellers understand dates and actions required to
comply with the terms and conditions of the contract and with
the closing of the transaction.
