When was the Flat Fee Listing Program introduced?
Prompted by the direction of the real estate industry and in response to consumers’ desire for lower-cost commission alternatives, this innovative program was tested in early 2005 and officially launched on May 25, 2005 as the first online real estate program in Northern Kentucky. What is the process?
Once you decide to proceed with this program, notify our Flat Fee List Specialist Anette Roskey at anette@cindyb.com and she will email you a link to an online form. You will simply complete the form online by providing contact information, room measurements, property amenities and details, marketing remarks and a list price. After submitting the form we will promptly contact you to schedule an in-office appointment to complete the listing contracts in our Ft. Wright office. Our professional Cindy B! photographer will schedule an appointment for a photo shoot and to place the For Sale sign in your yard and the locbox on your door so agents can access the key for showings. After photos are taken, your home will be in the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) within one business days

Will I have help pricing my home?
No, this time-consuming service is not part of the Flat Fee Listing Program. Sellers remain in total control over the pricing of their home and frequently base it on a bank or professional fee appraisal, neighborhood tax record research or on your own observation of sale prices of similar homes within your neighborhood.

Do I have to be available to show my own home?
NO, one of the most popular features of our Flat Fee Listing Program is that sellers are NOT required to show their own home. While the Cindy B! office will coordinate and schedule all showings with you, only licensed professional agents will show your home, making it both convenient and secure for you. Over 1,700 Northern Kentucky agents may show your house to interested buyers and, once an appointment is made through our office, they will access your house key from a locbox that will be placed on your front door.
