  • Premier Service – 7%
     
    For those who expect the best of everything, our premier plan includes the most comprehensive marketing program available, including virtual tours, and the ultimate in personalized service. All meetings and negotiation sessions will be held at your home or choice of Northern Kentucky location.

  • Full Service – 6% (Available for 5.5%, See Below)
     
    The full service plan is our most popular and includes a full variety of Internet, TV and print advertising and superior communication that includes showing feedback and personal meetings every 30 days to review the listing and our marketing strategy.

  • Full Service – 5.5% (Loyalty Program)
     
    For special clients who both buy and sell with Cindy B! REALTORS®, we offer our Full Service 6% program described above for only 5.5% as a thank you for your loyalty. This represents a 8% reduction in your listing commission, so be sure and contact a Cindy B! Buyer Specialist prior to looking at homes or talking with any builders.

  • Basic MLS Service – 5%
     
    If you believe the Internet and our yard sign provide sufficient advertising exposure, our 5% basic MLS Service provides Cindy B! marketing, access to the MLS and submission to a large variety of local and national sites, but does "not" include TV or print advertising.

    Half of the commission (2.5%) is paid to the Coop Company that provides the buyer. This program is tailored for sellers who do not value or see the need for colored brochures, TV or print advertising or showing feedback. This program does include listing reviews every 30 days by phone, contract negotiations and transaction coordination from offer through closing.

  • Flat Fee MLS Listing Program - $3,500
     
    What is the Flat Fee Listing Program?

    This program was designed as an Internet based MLS alternative for sellers who desire a lower cost and/or more control by participating in the pricing and promotion of their own home. Since time and advertising dollars are saved by Cindy B! REALTORS® and all communication is by email, the cost savings is passed on to our sellers.

    What is the cost of the Flat Fee Listing Program?
    Regardless of the price of your home, your total listing fee is $3,500and requires a $500 non-refundable deposit that will be applied toward your closing cost. Cindy B! buyer agents will show your listing with hopes of selling it and, if successful, the buyer agent coop fee is only 2%. If another Company provides the buyer, a 3% co-op fee will be added.

  • Contract Service - $1,500 (Your home is "not" considered listed.)
     
    Our contract service is designed for customers who need an experienced, independent and impartial "transaction broker" to help both the seller and buyer in the following areas.
    1. Draw up a real estate contract that is mutually agreeable,
    2. Hold the earnest money deposit as a neutral third party,
    3. Oversee that both parties comply with the terms and conditions of the contract, and
    4. Facilitate the closing of the transaction
