"Your entire operation is a well-oiled machine. I
felt totally pampered from listing to closing. I
appreciate the very professional organization and the very
personal service. In an era where service is diminishing,
the Cindy B! Team is the exception." These words,
written by Joe Stemple of Park Hills, Kentucky, (a recent buying
and selling client) perfectly summarizes Cindy Brouillette's
mission. The Cindy B! Team blends professionalism,
experience and technology with dependability and trust.
After an extensive and successful career in customer relations,
marketing research and marketing, including working for The
Kroger Company and owning her own marketing company, in 1989
Cindy Brouillette began a new career in residential real
estate. She put her expertise to work and was immediately
successful, and Cindy's career continues to progress to
incredible levels. Her business has increased over 550
percent from 1989 to 2001.
Cindy was determined to succeed, and her passion and enthusiasm
for her profession and industry have been unmatched from day
one. Just after obtaining her sales license, she put her
background in market research to work by interviewing 50 people
who had sold a home in the previous year. "I asked
them what their expectations of service were and what they
actually experienced. The difference between expectations
and reality astounded me. I set out to create a different
level of service." One of the first things she
created was the "Cindy B!" identity. It is now a
brand name in Northern Kentucky real estate..
Cindy spent nine years with West Shell REALTORS® and was
consistently recognized for excellence in sales volume, units
achieved and commitment to customer service. She was her
company's leading agent in Northern Kentucky for both sales and
units for five years, ranked among the top three agents
company-wide three times and twice was honored with the West
Shell President's Award. Presented by Cindy's colleagues,
this award was bestowed in recognition of exemplary
professionalism and contribution toward teamwork. "My
hard work has paid off with a long list of honors and
achievements, but none are as rewarding as client loyalty,
repeat business and referrals, and gaining the respect of my
industry peers," she says.
In 1998 Cindy created Cindy B! REALTORS®. Her goal was to
provide the positives of a larger firm with individualized
attention from a team of experts. She has succeeded; the
company has seen nearly 150 percent increase in three years,
selling an incredible 208 homes in 2001! But unlike the
typical real estate office of independent contractors, Cindy has
created a team concept where no competition exists and the
consumer is the beneficiary. "We utilize a completely
different operating system. We combine the expertise of a
team of specialists who focus on their own area, but work
cooperatively to deliver seamless service to the client.".
The Cindy B! Team is organized into four areas: buyer service,
seller services, relocation services and client support
services. The team is structured to work like a
physician's group, i.e., to offer a team of specialists that
focus on a client's specific needs. Because seller,
buyer and relocation specialists are trained and educated to
provide the best possible service, they can truly represent
clients' best interests. "The result of our structure
is more consistency and a higher level of service. The
office operates as a total service organization," Cindy
says.
Cindy was the first to bring the team concept to Northern
Kentucky, and each person's role continues to evolve.
"Every member of our team shares my values, respects our
clients and genuinely cares about what they do," she
says. "It frees me to be more accessible to clients
and to focus on my strengths, which are marketing listing,
negotiating and developing team members. Our company is
designed to show that bigger isn't necessarily better.
Better is better.".
Cindy's team works under highly developed systems that allow
them to serve many clients at the same time without sacrificing
service. The buyer services team members have all earned
the Accredited Buyer Representation designation and work
exclusively with buyers. They are available to accommodate
buyers' schedules.
The client support services team guides buyers and sellers
through the potential minefields of the contract process.
The entire staff combines efficiency, professionalism and
friendliness to ensure clients coming into the office feel
welcome.
Cindy B! REALTORS®' offices were planned to be professional,
inviting, efficient and convenient. "We have created
an environment which is designed to make clients and their
families feel welcome," Cindy says. The
spacious 2,000 square foot offices are located in Fort Wright,
Kentucky. Cindy and her team primarily serve the Kentucky
counties of Boone, Campbell and Kenton.
Research is an important element of Cindy's business. From
the first survey that jump-started her career, she has continued
to conduct research to help guide her business and refine client
services. She encourages candor on client satisfaction
surveys and has also created an advisory counsel of past clients
who offer input when it's time to make major decisions."
Those decisions may involve service, marketing or technology
issues. Cindy has long been known for her use of cutting
edge technology, and she is frequently ahead of colleagues in
utilizing technological innovations. She was a pioneer in
creating a personal Web site, www.cindyb.com
in 1994 and continued her quest for Internet education by being
the first Northern Kentucky REALTOR® to obtain the coveted ePRO
designation. Today the Internet accounts for more than 30
percent of her business. The Web site is totally
interactive, and clients are encouraged to use the online
services as much or as little as they feel comfortable doing..
Cindy's client services team is responsible for maintaining a
strong Internet presence that provides maximum exposure for
listings and communication with sellers. In addition to
her personal Web site, Cindy's participation in industry
organizations and numerous designations allow her listings to be
promoted on many local and national real estate Web sites.
This provides incredible exposure for sellers.
A private Internet page is also set up for each seller, allowing
them to obtain showing feedback with a simple password.
"We also communicate regularly with buyers via e-mail,
providing them with new listing information that includes
virtual tours and neighborhood details," Cindy says..
Cindy B! REALTORS® was the first Greater Cincinnati company to
introduce IPIX 3-D virtual reality Internet tours nearly four
years ago. Today, Cindy's team members use their own
digital camera equipment to shoot virtual tours, rather than
contracting the work to a third party. "In doing
this, we maintain control and ensure that our listings are
presented in the best possible manner," Cindy says.
"A camera operator may not notice a small item that is out
of place, but our attention to detail presents our properties in
the best possible light."
Potential clients considering a move to Northern Kentucky often
view those virtual tours. Cindy's pledge to offer the best
and most recent technology has led to a dramatic increase in her
company's relocation business. A second Web site, www.cindybRelocation.com,
is structured specifically to meet the unique needs of families
moving into or out of the area. A toll free 800 telephone
number is also offered as a convenience for Cindy's out of town
clients."
Another of Cindy's goals is to continually educate her team, a
reflection of her own passion for learning. Cindy has a
long list of designations. "I'm very self-motivated
and committed to being the best I can be," she says.
"I believe my designations say 'achievement' and
'initiative' to my clients, and that's what they want in a
listing agent.".
Cindy and her seller services team use their extensive knowledge
and experience to market homes. The Cindy B! Team is
unique in creating a comprehensive marketing campaign that goes
far beyond placing a home's details in the MLS and preparing
brochures; rather an individual plan is developed to maximize a
home's exposure to the most likely network of potential
buyers. But before marketing begins, Cindy is totally
honest with potential sellers. "The most important
part of servicing a seller is to be honest." she
says. "It is my genuine desire to represent their
best interests. I will tell someone upfront what it will
take to sell his or her home. Our clients are partners in
the selling process--it is our mutual goal to close on their
home." Another aspect of that partnership is offering
a choice of commission plans, thus putting the sellers in
control of selecting only the services they need and
want.".

And we place a great deal of data in the home, including deed
restrictions, homeowners association details and my cell phone
number, so an interested buyer's agent can contact me at any
time for quick answers to questions."
