Cindy B! REALTORS® consists of 9 highly skilled agents; eight
specialize in working with either buyers "only" or with sellers
"only" and one specializes in servicing Campbell County residents.
In addition, we have 9 highly skilled administrators, each
personally trained by Cindy Brouillette. Each support staff member
has a specific role designed to support our agents and provide Cindy
B! clients with consistent service and
marketing. Each administrator specializes in one of
three areas: 1) Marketing (serves as an in-house ad agency
for agents by professionally marketing their listings), 2)
Contracts (monitors and handles the contract details until
closing), or 3) Client Service (handles showing feedback,
appointment scheduling, office operations, deliveries, etc). With an
unheard of 1:1 ratio of agent to support staff, Cindy B! agents are
provided the time realistically needed to provide our clients with
consistent customer service since they are not mired with
administrative details or forced to create their own support staff
(which requires hiring, training and managing).
