 Unlike most real estate Companies that request a 6 month exclusive listing agreement, our standard listing at Cindy B! REALTORS is for only 90 days. 

 Cindy B! REALTORS offers a no-cost listing release if not satisfied for any reason.  To initiate a contact release, a 30-day written notice, mailed or e-mailed to Cindy Brouillette, is required so paid advertising cycles can be completed and showings with promise can gain closure.
