REALTORS offers a no-cost listing release so sellers may cancel at any time, and for any reason, after the first 90 days, with 30 days notice.  To initiate a contract release simply mail or e-mail a 30-day written notice to Cindy Brouillette so paid advertising cycles can be completed and showings with promise can gain closure.
